Do you guys have any solutions? I appear to have lost my characters for good. If you are on the PC version and are running into the Genshin Impact Commission Quests Bug, here is how you can fix it. I know some of you will say that the only way to fix it is refreshing the game, but it didn’t work and I still get the same error.
I didn’t put lag as one of the reasons because my GC never lagged and it only did if my storage is low. But my internet works well and it barely glitches. Gacha Club is down: This might also be another reason, but I keep seeing that others’ Gacha Clubs work fine and I appear to be the only one with the database down.

The code has expired: That might be the biggest reason why the online import isn’t working, but I also think that’s not the reason because Lunime never said anywhere that codes can expire, so that might not be a reason. The reason why this glitch keeps happening, I have two reasons: I tried importing the character many, many, many times and it won’t do it. So I tried importing the character using online import and it wont import because the code is wrong or the database is down, but my code is legit, with no typos and no incorrect characters.
Also, I’m probably the first person to say that the online import is not working here. I know some of you will attack me for using it instead of using the offline import. Hi, so I’m trying to import a character with the online import.
